Common questions.
How long does a build take?
Depends on scope. Simple professional-services site: 4–6 weeks. SaaS marketing site with 2–3 AI features: 6–10 weeks. Full-stack premium build with auto-SEO + personalisation + multilingual: 10–16 weeks. The Scoper returns a weeks range per submission so you get a realistic estimate before any commitment.
Can I already have a site — do you redesign?
Yes. Most of our builds are redesigns of sites that outgrew their first version. You keep your domain, your existing analytics, your SEO equity. We rebuild the site around the AI features you actually want, migrate content we need to keep, and cut what isn’t pulling weight. Can I see a sample build?

Do I own the code and content?
Yes. Every build ships to your hosting, your repo, your domain. The AI features (chatbot, estimator, etc.) are configured for your site — you get the source. We offer an ongoing retainer for maintenance and prompt-tuning if you want it, but you’re never locked in.
What about hosting and ongoing costs?
We deploy to Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, or your existing hosting — your choice. First year of hosting support is included; after that it’s £500/year or you self-host. AI features have usage-based API costs (Gemini, OpenAI, etc.) — we estimate these during the scoping call based on your expected traffic, and give you a monthly ceiling.
